Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DeepValue website and platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by DeepValue ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service — including by creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DeepValue is an AI-powered stock research platform that provides fundamental analysis, deep-dive research reports, and monitoring tools for publicly traded securities. The Service uses automated agents to process publicly available financial data, SEC filings, and other sources to generate research outputs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• •You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• •Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• •You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account you agree to:

• •Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful or malicious code.
• •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• •Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its proper working.
• •Use automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to access the Service in excess of normal usage limits.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating their account.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, research reports, software, and the underlying AI models and algorithms — is the property of DeepValue or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and its outputs for your own personal, non-commercial investment research purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Service content without our express written permission. Attribution to DeepValue is required if you share any research outputs publicly.

If you submit any content to the Service (e.g., feedback, feature requests, or comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that research outputs will be accurate or complete, or that any defects will be corrected. The accuracy of AI-generated analysis depends on the quality of underlying data and inherent model limitations.

You should not make any investment decision based solely on information obtained from the Service. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision. Past performance of any security is not indicative of future results.

DeepValue is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Use of the Service does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and DeepValue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepValue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or investment returns — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to DeepValue in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeepValue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• •Your violation of these Terms.
• •Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• •Any content you submit to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at klemen@deepvalue.tech or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeepValue is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.

Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at klemen@deepvalue.tech — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
